Write to think, using working-backwards docs and pre-mortems. Ship at clip, slicing big bets into testable slices. Act like the owner of the store. This role is a good fit if you have consumer instincts and a designer’s eye. You should be decisive in the gray, curious, and a keyboard storyteller, with velocity and craft. You should have end-to-end stamina.
